RETURNS

We will accept goods for refund if they are clearly faulty. If you are not satisfied with your clothes for any other reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition (including tags intact) for an exchange to be processed. Unless there is a request for refund due to a fault with the clothes, customers will be required to pay for all postage associated with exchanges. We will act on refunds & exchanges promptly. As we do not order our kids clothes on mass we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange for the same item. Please contact us for further details.
